"Great location! There’s a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries and convenience stores that are just literally a stone’s throw away. There are 2 train stations (M12 and M8 line) that are just a 10-15 minute walk away. There’s even a park that is less than 5 mins away. Regarding the unit itself, everything you need is there as advertised. Oh and there’s WIFI connectivity too which curiously is not included in the ad. The tap water is potable/drinkable too so no need to buy bottled water. Oh and let’s not forget that there’s a coffee machine!!! Coffee beans are generously provided by the unit owner. Ofcourse you have to buy coffee beans once that runs out. Lastly, the unit owner Louis Chedid is very easy to communicate with. Very quick to answer queries. Great place to stay for a small family of 3-4. Our stay at Louis’ haven truly made our Paris trip even more memorable. Will definitely book this property again if we come back to Paris! Merci Louis"

"Probably the elevator which barely fits 2 adults. But I heard that old buildings in Paris rarely have elevators so I guess we are fortunate that the building where the unit is located has one!"

"Louis was very responsive, friendly, gave great recommendations, and was very accommodating and allowed early check in! I can't say enough positive things about Louis and how helpful he was. I also liked that we had a full kitchen AND access to a washing machine. The apartment was also in a great area of town with only short walks to access metro stations and grocery stores."
